My Story
I’m Dayle, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker / Therapist based on the gold coast and passionate about supporting people through life’s transitions. My journey into therapy began with a deep belief that healing happens in safe, non-judgmental spaces. Over the years, I’ve worked with diverse clients, with a special focus emotional resilience and empowering people to work through life's challenges.

What can I expect in my first therapy session?
Your first session is a chance to get to know each other, discuss what brought you to therapy, and set goals together. It’s a safe, confidential space to start exploring your needs.
Do I need a referral to start therapy?
No referral is needed to begin therapy, but if you want to access Medicare rebates through a Mental Health Care Plan, you’ll need a referral from your GP.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, I offer secure online therapy sessions via a confidential telehealth platform.
