A place to begin
You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable. Many people come to therapy to understand themselves better, strengthen relationships or find their way through a difficult season. Wherever you’re starting from, you’re welcome here.
My approach
Therapy is shaped around you. Together, we make sense of what is happening and find practical ways forward.
Experience & training
I continue to undertake professional development to ensure my work remains grounded, compassionate and evidence-based.
Specialist experience
My practice continues to evolve through ongoing professional development.
Professional contribution
Alongside private practice, Dayle provides supervision and placement support for Social Work students through Griffith University, contributing to the development of future mental health professionals.
Pregnancy & parenthood
Pregnancy and early parenthood can bring enormous emotional, physical and identity changes. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, low, exhausted or unlike yourself.
